EULA - End User License Agreement

x Chat LE / FULL VERSION License Agreement

1. LICENSE GRANT. This software contains x Chat LE and full version package. x Chat LE is freeware. However, x Chat full version software is a 90 days trial Shareware. You are authorized to install, use, make backups of, distribute at no charge in this period. If you find this software useful, you are asked to make a payment.

2. LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS SOFTWARE (X CHAT LE AND FULL VERSION AND ASSOCIATED COMPONENTS) IS DISTRIBUTED AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, BALDNESS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PACKAGE OR ANY PART THEREOF.

3. DISTRIBUTION. You are authorized to distribute this package as long as it is not modified in any way and no money is charged for it other than distribution costs.

4. COPYRIGHT. This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You will not grant any rights to reproduce/modify the whole/partial SOFTWARE and distribute without permission by any individual representing xStudio.ca.

5. OWNERSHIP. This SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by xStudio.ca. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.

6. RESERVED RIGHTS. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to any individual representing the xStudio.ca company.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement then you are not permitted to use x Chat.
